So, i wanted to blog about my coming family vacation over the Thaipusam weekend . And i wanted that to be like my official announcement to all of you about my blog , tetapi memandangkan i terlebih excited , i nak cerita pasal the whole preparation needed before this vacation can happen .
Dulu , bila you single , the steps taken would be :
1. Gather some friends
2. Book your tickets / figure out logistics, sama ada you nak drive ke , naik flight ke dll
3. Book your accomodation
4. Pack your bags and chiow !
But now , there's additional steps to the above
1. No need for step 1, replace with get husband to take leave
2. SMS, Kaseh's kindy and let them know that she won't be coming to school.
3. Pack food stuffs as below , because you wouldn't know what a 2 year old wants , one thing for sure , if they are hungry, they would expect mom to make something appear.
4. It can work out cheaper too, if you bring some food in case , you ll be too tired to dine out especially for dinner.
Caption: Our cat Abu, insist on coming with us . 5. Pack Kaseh's belongings including toys, a small pillow and plenty of wet tissue.
6. Pack your own personal stuffs like clothes, toiletries, swim wear and etc.
7. Visit the money changer , change enough for your daily spending.
8. Activate your ATM so that you can re-draw money internationally
9. Print your travel itinerary
10. Send Abu to my brother's house.
11. Ensure that you have stocked up the ipad with enough in flight entertinment for the lil one.
The list s exhaustive , sometime i wonder , gi holiday patutnya relaks relaks , tapi ni macam lagi stress jea .
But a Mom got to do what she got to do . Ok will share with you . My other preparation , besok. Tomm lagi stress kut , cause we are leaving on Thursday , so i gotta to prepare and make sure everything is perfect . Alamak lupa beli sun block for kids , ok tambah to do list i .
